Our online store is hosted on our own server infrastructure, allowing us to offer our products and  services directly. Payments made through the site are securely processed via PayPal, which  handles financial information in accordance with its own terms and policies.

You are strictly prohibited from using the site for any illegal or  unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violations of intellectual property or copyright  laws. 

You further agree not to upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious software, viruses, or  harmful code that could affect the operation of the Service, other users, or third parties.

Adventure Photos reserves the right to refuse service to any user at any time, for any reason,  without liability.

You acknowledge that information you provide through the site (excluding financial data) may  be transmitted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting  devices or systems. Payment-related information is always processed securely through  specialized platforms using encryption protocols. 

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without  prior written authorization from Adventure Photos.

3. ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION 

Adventure Photos does not guarantee that the information available on this site is accurate,  complete, or current at all times. 4. SERVICE AND PRICE MODIFICATIONS 

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. 

Adventure Photos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part  thereof) at any time without notice. 

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension,  or discontinuation of the Service. 

5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

Production of any product will begin only after payment has been confirmed. Following any  sales order, Adventure Photos will contact the customer exclusively via email within a maximum  of 24 business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Cancun local time, GMT 5). 

A link for image upload will then be provided. Once images are received, a preliminary layout  will be sent for approval. Upon client confirmation, the project will proceed to production.  Delivery times depend entirely on the selected shipping service, and Adventure Photos is not  responsible for delays caused by third parties. 

Once the design is approved by the client, it is considered final and cannot be modified. 

Some products are available exclusively through our online store. As these are customized  products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

A) The product arrives damaged or broken 

B) The photos and layout do not match the approved design 

Returns based on subjective preferences such as color perception, framing, or style will not be  accepted if the product matches the approved design. 

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and finishes, including photobooks,  canvas prints, and metal prints. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will  perfectly match the final printed result due to variations in screens and printing processes. 

Adventure Photos reserves the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, as well as to  limit product quantities. 

Product descriptions, specifications, and prices may change without notice. We also reserve the  right to discontinue any product at any time. 

Due to the customized nature of our products, Adventure Photos does not guarantee that final  results will meet subjective expectations, especially when dependent on the quality or  characteristics of files provided by the user. We also do not guarantee that service errors can be  corrected in all cases or immediately. 

6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 

Your personal information is protected and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy  Policy. 

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS 

Occasionally, information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or  omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times, or  availability. 

Adventure Photos reserves the right to correct such errors and to update information at any time  without prior notice. We may also cancel orders if incorrect information is identified, even after  confirmation. 

Except where required by law, we are not obligated to continuously update or clarify information.  Update dates do not necessarily indicate that all content has been revised. 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Adventure Photos does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or  error-free. 

We do not warrant that results obtained from the Service will meet specific expectations of  accuracy or reliability beyond what is reasonably expected. 

The Service may be temporarily suspended or discontinued without notice for maintenance or  operational reasons.

Use of the Service is at your sole risk. 

9. INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adventure Photos and its affiliates, partners,  employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable  legal fees, arising from: 

(a) your breach of these Terms 

(b) your violation of any law 

(c) your infringement of any third-party rights 

This does not limit your legal rights under applicable law, but any liability of Adventure Photos  shall be subject to these Terms. 

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be subject to the  competent courts located at:
